We provide all kinds of travel services in Istanbul, Cappadocia, Ephesus, Pamukkale, and other regions of Turkey. Professional guidance by licensed tour guides, hotel reservations, flights tickets, airport transfers and anything else you may need are provided professionally through Suntrap Travel, a local travel agency located at the heart of Istanbul’s oldtown, Sultanahmet.

Cancellation Policy
We value the flexibility of our guests and understand that plans may change. Our cancellation policy is structured to reflect this understanding while maintaining a commitment to our tour preparations. The policy is as follows:
No Charge: Cancellations made 7 days or more before the date of the tour/service will incur no charges. A full refund will be provided.
30% Charge: Cancellations made within 3 to 6 days before the date of the tour/service will incur a 30% charge of the total booking amount.
50% Charge: Cancellations made within 48 to 24 hours before the date of the tour/service will incur a 50% charge of the total booking amount.
75% Charge: Cancellations made within 24 to 12 hours before the date of the tour/service will incur a 75% charge of the total booking amount.
100% Charge: Cancellations made within 12 hours of the date of the tour/service will incur a 100% charge of the total booking amount.
To cancel or modify your reservation, please contact us at [email protected] and we will process your cancellation and/or refund as per the above policy. Refunds typically take 2 business days to reflect in your account.
Changes to Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to revise and update these terms and conditions from time to time in our sole discretion.
